Job summary

Accor is seeking a Duty Manager (Food & Beverage) to oversee the lounge operations at Changi Airport, ensuring seamless guest experiences and adherence to airline and company standards.

You will lead a diverse team, drive service excellence, handle guest concerns, and coordinate with departments to maintain compliance, safety and hygiene while managing shift flows.

This role offers a 5-day work week, 44 hours, uniform and training, group medical and travel-related perks.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage operations in hospitality or airline lounge, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and ability to manage diverse teams.
• Familiarity with airport protocols, safety standards and guest service systems.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise lounge operations and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
• Point of contact for guest concerns and feedback
• Coordinate with various teams within the lounge to maintain service standards.
• Monitor lounge occupancy, cleanlinessand service flow, making real-time adjustments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with airport regulations, safety protocols and hygiene standards.
• Support staff performance by providing guidance, coachingand on-the-spot training.
• Handle incidents, emergenciesand irregular operations professionally and efficiently.
• Prepare shift reports and communicate key updates to the Manager and relevant departments.
• Assist with staff scheduling, inventory checks, and operational planning as required.
