Job summary

Rapid Recruitment Asia Pte Ltd in Tuas (Singapore) is seeking a warehouse supervisor to lead customer service and warehouse operations. Transport provided from CCK/Jurong East; hours are Monday–Friday, 8:30am–6:00pm. Salary starts at $3,000–$3,500+ AWS and VB monthly, with AWS and VB bonuses anticipated.

The role requires a diploma or higher, minimum five years of warehouse experience, and hands-on supervisory experience. Singaporean applicants only.

• Min Diploma and above.
• Min 5 years relevant warehouse experience.
• Hands-on warehouse supervisory experience required.
• Only Singaporean may apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise customer service and warehouse operations team.
• Liaise with customers on documentation and shipment matters.
• Monitor shipment status and ensure KPI targets are met.
• Prepare reports, conduct stock audits and inventory checks.
• Support process improvement and SOP implementation.
