Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage daily inbound and outbound shipments at our Tanjong Penjuru location.

You will prepare shipping documents, coordinate with customers, transport providers, warehouse teams and vendors, and monitor schedules to resolve delivery issues. You will also update shipment records in the WMS/TMS system, support inventory movements and order fulfilment, track status, and ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents (DO, invoices, packing lists, etc.).
• Liaise with customers, transport providers, warehouse teams, and vendors.
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delivery issues.
• Update shipment records in the WMS/TMS system.
• Support inventory movements and order fulfilment.
• Track shipment status and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company and customer requirements.
• Perform general warehouse support and other ad hoc duties as assigned.
