Job summary

The HR Ecology Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Logistics/Operations assistant to handle customer enquiries, prepare shipping documents, and monitor shipments from a base in Jurong East.

Key duties include coordinating warehouse operations, liaising with customers and internal teams, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring KPIs are met. OT on alternate Saturdays may be required; prior experience is not specified and training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email
• Prepare shipping, import/export documents and invoices
• Monitor shipments and ensure timely delivery
• Coordinate daily warehouse operations
• Liaise with customers and internal departments to fulfil orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure operations meet company standards and KPIs
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor
