Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming goods.
• Operate a forklift safely for loading/unloading and moving goods within the warehouse.
• Pick, pack and check customer orders before dispatch.
• Plan and coordinate delivery routes to maximise efficiency and ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock counts.
• Organise warehouse storage for safe and efficient product storage.
• Liaise with drivers and the sales team to coordinate deliveries.
• Resolve day-to-day warehouse and delivery issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with other warehouse and logistics duties as assigned.
• Support warehouse operations during peak seasons, including overtime when required.
