Responsibilities include coordinating shipments, handling enquiries, processing documentation, generating KPIs, and supporting stock takes.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse logistic coordination preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Detail-oriented with good problem-solving and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely shipment readiness and delivery schedules
• Respond to customer enquiries relating to inventory, shipment status, and delivery arrangements
• Prepare and process shipping, delivery, and warehouse documentation accurately
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with the warehouse operations team
• Resolve shipment and operational issues promptly while maintaining effective communication with all stakeholders
• Prepare and verify customer billing summaries
• Generate monthly KPI reports and analyse operational data to identify areas for improvement
• Support monthly stock takes and investigate inventory discrepancies where required
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures
• Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by the Warehouse Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Logistic Customer Service Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. You will serve as the key liaison between customers, warehouse operations, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and excellent customer service.

Salary: $2,500-$3,000 (Plus allowance after probation)

West Region, Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 5.45pm + OT if required

Job Scope

• Coordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and warehouse personnel to ensure timely shipment readiness and delivery schedules
