Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

Industry/Organization Type: Logistics

Working Location: Changi

Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday to Saturday 8am-5.30pm, 8am-1pm)

Salary Package: $2,800 + Variable Bonus (Basic Salary)

Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Organize the movement of goods and materials within the company, overseeing shipping, receiving, and distribution to ensure timely deliveries.
• Manage inventory by monitoring levels and adjusting orders and storage as needed.
• Set staff schedules and oversee their performance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and safety standards.
• Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Develop strategies to enhance efficiency, customer service, and cost savings.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and solve complex problems.
• Ensure standard operating procedures (SOP) and key performance indicators (KPI) are maintained in the office.
