Job summary

People Profilers Pte. Ltd. is seeking an accomplished logistics leader to drive a multi-site contract logistics portfolio in East Singapore. You will shape P&L, provide strategic direction, and oversee operational leadership across several facilities.

You will mentor senior teams, lead automation and digitalization initiatives, and collaborate with Commercial, Business Development, and Solution Design to support growth and customer implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or related field; MBA or Master’s is a plus.
• 12–15 years of leadership experience in a leading 3PL or contract logistics environment.
• Proven track record in multi-site operations, P&L and transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline is required. MBA or Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
• At least 12–15 years of leadership experience within a leading 3PL, contract logistics, or supply chain environment.
• Strong track record in managing large multi-site operations, leading senior operational teams, and driving business growth and operational excellence.
• Experience in P&L management, customer stakeholder engagement, and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Exposure to automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations will be highly advantageous.
