Job summary

ACExcellent Consulting is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to join our team in Singapore. You will manage sales invoices, purchase contracts, and shipping documentation for import/export operations, while monitoring progress and resolving issues to ensure smooth processes.

The role involves liaising with overseas clients, banks, and shipping companies, maintaining records, and handling insurance-related matters. Tertiary education is required, with 2–4 years of logistics experience.

• 2–4 years of related logistics/shipping coordination experience.
• Meticulous and fast-paced worker.
• Able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
• Able to communicate with Chinese-speaking customers located mainly in China and Taiwan.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales invoices and purchase contracts
• Coordinate import and export shipments, prepare and verify shipping documentation including BL, invoices and customs documentation
• Input all shipment information accurately and monitor shipment progress
• Handle any shipment related issues promptly to ensure smooth process
• Liaise with overseas clients and shipping companies to resolve shipment issues
• Maintain up-to-date trades records and shipping schedules
• Liaise with banks regarding financing and follow-up documentation
• Handle insurance coverage, including claims if any
• Handle any other Shipping related administrative duties
