Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.
• 1-2 years’ relevant experience in Shipping and invoicing.
• Hands-on experience in picking, packing, shipment preparation, and RMA handling.
• HS Code classification and COO documentation knowledge.
• Experience with finished goods quality issues.
• MNC manufacturing logistics background.
• Proficiency in SAP or other logistics software.
• English (spoken & written) proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate billing invoices and shipping docs for timely client deliveries.
• Manage export and local shipments with freight forwarders.
• Coordinate material flow and shipping orders with relevant teams.
• Perform inventory checks, update WMS, and verify quantities.
• Provide shipment-related customer support.
• Record shipments, returns, and inventory adjustments; support counts.
• Apply Lean/Kaizen to drive continuous improvement with analytical and communication skills.
