Job summary

Coilcraft Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Logistics/Shipping Coordinator to manage outbound and inbound shipments, coordinate with suppliers and forwarders, and ensure timely delivery for interplant orders.

You will consolidate freight, decide shipment mode to optimize cost, handle goods receiving and packing, and support 5S and safety practices. Minimum 1–2 years experience and a Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Logistics.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Logistics /Supply Chain Management or related field.
• Min 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic computer knowledge is required.
• Understanding 5s / health & safety concept is preferred.
• Good problem solving skill & quick in decision making.
• 5 days work week.
• Transport pick up at Bedok MRT station.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping and freight forwarding functions for in/outbound shipment.
• Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders to perform drop shipment to final destination for interplant orders.
• Coordinate and consolidate outbound shipment to determine mode of shipment for interplant orders by maximizing freight forwarding capacity in the most cost effective way.
• Coordinate with forwarders and local transportation to handle inbound shipment.
• Perform goods receiving and packing for outbound shipment.
