Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a highly organized Coordinator to act as the central hub between our customers, logistics partners, and internal teams in Singapore.

You will drive the daily flow of shipments, ensuring warehouse and distribution operations run smoothly, safely, and accurately. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, processing shipping documents, tracking shipments, and maintaining inventory accuracy while collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience in coordinating shipments and handling documentation is required.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple shipments and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.
• Process shipping, import, and export documentation and handle invoicing upon shipment.
• Track and trace shipments to ensure timely customs clearance and delivery.
• Meet and exceed KPIs for inbound and outbound logistics activities.
• Coordinate daily floor operations with warehouse supervisors and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and external freight partners for seamless order fulfillment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Support ad-hoc operational duties as required.
