Job summary

• Manage incoming air and sea freight sales enquiries and provide timely responses.
• Develop accurate freight quotations and proactively follow up with customers to support conversion of enquiries into business opportunities.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare weekly and monthly reports, including relevant sales data and KPIs.
• Process debit and credit notes accurately and coordinate with relevant teams to support timely billing and payment.
• Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and responsive service.
• Coordinate with overseas offices and internal teams to ensure customer requirements are addressed efficiently.
• Work towards assigned monthly revenue and sales KPI targets.
• Partner with the Outdoor Sales Team to identify, pursue and develop new business opportunities.
• Maintain a high standard of professionalism and customer service in all interactions with customers.
