Job summary

TALENTS RECRUITER PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a Logistics Coordinator in Singapore to manage daily shipment arrangements, coordinate with customers and suppliers, and optimize freight costs. The role requires 3-5 years of relevant experience and familiarity with Incoterms.

The candidate will handle PO generation, SAP input, sailing schedules, and order backlog/forecast management while performing ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience with Incoterms.
• Good experience with high volume of POs.
• Experience with forwards for overseas shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordination / Negotiation with internal & external parties (customers / supplier & freight forwarders etc)
• Daily shipment arrangement (PO generating / sending, SAP input, Sailing schedule arrangement / Invoice & BL checking etc)
• Supplier and customer management (Order backlog & Forecast management)
• Cost Analysis (Awareness of cargo cost and logistics cost)
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior/Manager.
