Job summary

TALENT-MERGE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipment execution, from booking freight to finalising shipping documentation.

The role involves coordinating with customers, carriers and truckers while ensuring regulatory and trade compliance. Ideal candidates will have a Diploma or Degree in Logistics and 3–5 years of Sea operations experience, with SAP and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics or a related field.
• 3–5 years of SEA operations management experience.
• Familiarity with SAP, logistics software and MS Office.
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle and execute daily shipment orders initiated by customers.
• Secure freight bookings with designated carriers in line with customer routing guides.
• Offer quotations covering warehousing, transportation, and documentation services.
• Coordinate with truckers to arrange collection of empty containers from the depot for stuffing at customer premises.
• Arrange onward movement of laden containers from customer premises to the port.
• Compile permits and other required applications and declarations.
• Draft Letters of Credit and finalise shipping documentation.
• Track shipping documents to ensure smooth shipment clearance.
• Oversee adherence to customs and trade regulatory requirements.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely order execution.
