Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES is seeking an experienced logistics professional in Singapore to manage end-to-end freight bookings, coordination with forwarders, and shipment tracking. The role requires strong communication, regional coordination, and travel readiness to handle overseas shipments.

The ideal candidate has 5–8 years of logistics operations experience, knowledge of Incoterms 2020, and proficiency in MS Office; SAP Hana is a plus. Singaporean nationality is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain or related field.
• 5 to 8 years’ experience in logistics, freight or trade operations.
• Knowledge of Incoterms 2020, cargo insurance and claims.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP Hana experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel overseas occasionally.
• Singaporean only need apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end booking and coordination with freight forwarders and carriers.
• Manage freight bookings, rates, carriers and shipment tracking.
• Resolve delivery issues, discrepancies and cargo claims.
• Ensure compliance with customs, trade regulations and Incoterms.
• Serve as the primary operational liaison for internal sales team, streamlining order intake and fulfillment.
• Coordinate internal sales orders and fulfilment with regional stakeholders.
• Monitor POs/SOs, identify supply issues and maintain accurate records.
• Prepare shipment and order status reports and support ad-hoc duties.
