Job summary

You will gain hands-on exposure to warehouse operations and use data for decision-making while coordinating with departments, customers, and suppliers.

The role involves processing project activities from pre-work to post-live stages, monitoring progress, and communicating status and risks to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum ITE qualification.
• Proficiency in Excel to perform data analysis.
• Ability to travel between sites and perform manual tasks safely.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze operational data to support decision-making and improve warehouse processes.
• Monitor project and operational progress independently to ensure timely completion.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements during solutioning and post-implementation phases.
• Organize and coordinate project activities for new business initiatives, including pre-work, implementation, and post-live stages.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones to guide project execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met successfully.
• Monitor project status, risks, and issues and assist in reporting to stakeholders.
