Job summary

people profilers pte. ltd. is seeking a logistics project professional in Singapore's East to drive innovative proposals and lead cross-functional workshops with the Solution Design team.

You will manage projects, track issues, and ensure timely implementation of customer solutions. The role emphasizes capital expenditure justification, selecting optimal warehouse facilities and systems, and delivering automation-enabled improvements for new and existing accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain preferred.
• Prince2 or PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
• Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and MS Office.
• Proven record of leading change initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Provide data-driven re-engineered proposals for new and existing accounts.
• Lead customer business process workshops with Solution Design team.
• Project management of workshops with issue logs and implementation of final solutions.
• Establish and justify all capital expenditure/investment fund requirements.
• Select appropriate warehouse facility, equipment and storage system with efficient workflows.
• Carry out optimization/continuous improvement projects to improve warehouse efficiency with optimal resources.
• Implement productivity initiatives/re-engineering of processes for existing accounts.
• Lead project team in the transition of warehouse inventory and relocation activities.
• Assist internal and external solution workshops on automation solutions ensuring optimized operation.
• Assist to implement automation and integrated solution with detailed analysis for new and existing business.
• Work closely with automation colleagues on concepts and solutions for customers.
