Job summary

DKSH SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Admin to ensure orders are prepared correctly and delivered on time. The role involves processing warehouse documents, updating inventory, printing orders and labels, and coordinating with warehouse, transport and customer service teams.

You will monitor shipment documentation, perform data entry in the WMS, maintain records, assist with counts, and support daily warehouse administrative activities. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Excel, Word & Outlook.
• Able to perform data entry accurately.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with WMS or SAP is an advantage.
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process warehouse documents.
• Update inventory and stock records accurately.
• Print picking lists, delivery orders and labels.
• Coordinate with warehouse, transport and customer service teams.
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipment documentation.
• Perform data entry into the Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Handle filing and maintain accurate records.
• Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
• Support daily warehouse administrative activities.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
