Qualifications

• Possesses at least a Business or Logistics related Diploma.
• At least 2 years of logistics/planning/customer service experience in a Terminal Storage Logistics industry.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Responsibilities

• Administer HSSE standards, procedures and practices; ensure compliance with HSSE rules and regulations.
• Perform business administrative tasks; manage accounts payable/receivable and generate KPI/inventory reports.
• Coordinate cargo/material handling and delivery; perform customs clearance and related documentation.
• Provide customer service; attend to queries, maintain rapport with customers and internal teams, and schedule meetings.
