Job summary

HELIOS DISTRIBUTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a diligent Billing & Inventory Administrator to manage day-to-day invoicing, delivery orders, and stock records in our Singapore office.

In this role you will collaborate with a team to ensure accurate payment recording, maintain optimal inventory levels, and generate regular reports for management. Strong data entry skills and experience with ERP systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in billing, inventory or administrative roles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with ERP or accounting software and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the team to ensure tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
• Tally and check documents to ensure consistency and accuracy before submission or filing.
• Ensure payments are properly recorded in the system upon receipt and assist the team with "knocking off" payments in the system.
• Maintain and monitor inventory levels, ensuring that stock is accurately recorded and managed in the system.
• Perform general data entry duties as required, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and updated in the relevant systems.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks and provide support to other departments as needed to ensure smooth operational flow.
• Identify and implement improvements in billing, inventory, and payment processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Generate reports related to invoices, payments, and inventory levels, providing regular updates to management.
