You will supervise drivers and delivery assistants, control costs, maintain accurate records for billing and audits, and provide strong leadership and clear communication with customers and teams.

Qualifications

• 3 years' logistics experience in planning, fleet control or traffic management.
• Prior supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Class 3 or 4 Singapore driving licence.
• Strong planning, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good communication and leadership abilities.
• GPS fleet tracking experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Plan next-day and weekly delivery schedules
• Monitor live fleet movements via GPS and manage delivery progress
• Identify and resolve delays, route issues and operational disruptions
• Control operational costs, storage/demurrage charges and billable items
• Monitor vehicle servicing, maintenance and incidents
• Brief and supervise drivers and delivery assistants
• Handle customer queries, complaints and service issues
• Ensure accurate job records for billing and audit purposes
