Job summary

INITIA GROUP in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Driver to support daily warehouse, logistics, and delivery operations for our F&B and lifestyle outlets. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and deliver goods while maintaining accurate inventory and a safe workspace.

The role also involves loading/unloading, assisting with new outlet openings, and coordinating with Procurement and Operations to ensure smooth deliveries.

Qualifications

• Secondary School / High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving license.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery operations is preferred but not essential.
• F&B, retail, warehouse, or logistics operations is an advantage.
• Able to handle manual handling tasks, including lifting, loading, and unloading goods.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and delivery routes.
• Able to communicate in English for work-related instructions and documentation.
• Forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willing to work flexible hours to support deliveries and outlet operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and deliveries to ensure accuracy and proper storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery to outlets.
• Load and unload goods safely during transportation.
• Maintain proper storage and inventory organization.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory checks.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse.
• Deliver goods to INITIA Group outlets and designated locations.
• Collect goods from suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
• Verify delivery quantities and obtain acknowledgments.
• Ensure safe handling and transport to minimize damage or loss.
• Maintain delivery vehicle in good condition and report issues.
