Job summary

INITIA GROUP in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Driver to support daily warehousing, logistics, and delivery operations for our F&B and lifestyle outlets. You will be responsible for receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivering goods while ensuring inventory accuracy and a safe warehouse environment.

This role also involves handling deliveries from suppliers, supporting new outlet openings, and assisting Procurement and Operations teams with logistics tasks to keep business

Qualifications

• Secondary School / High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery preferred but not required.
• F&B, retail, warehouse, or logistics operations is an advantage.
• Able to handle manual handling tasks, including lifting, loading, and unloading.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and delivery routes.
• Able to communicate in English for work-related instructions and documentation. Chinese knowledge a plus.
• Forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and deliveries to ensure accuracy and proper storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery to outlets.
• Load and unload goods safely and ensure proper handling during transportation.
• Arrange and maintain proper storage of inventory for efficient warehouse organization.
• Assist with stock counting, inventory checks, and monitoring warehouse supplies.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse.
• Report damaged, missing, incorrect, or defective items to the supervisor.
• Deliver goods to INITIA Group outlets and designated locations.
• Collect goods from suppliers and ensure timely delivery to required locations.
• Verify delivery quantities and obtain sign-offs where required.
• Ensure safe handling and transport to minimize damage or loss.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle in good condition and report issues.
