Job summary

INITIA GROUP in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Driver to support daily warehouse, logistics, and delivery operations for F&B and lifestyle outlets. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and deliver goods while ensuring accurate inventory and safe handling.

The role involves loading/unloading, assisting with stock counts, maintaining a clean warehouse, and supporting new outlet openings with timely deliveries. A Class 3/3A license and basic inventory skills are required.

Qualifications

• Secondary School graduate or equivalent.
• Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery operations preferred but not essential.
• Experience in F&B, retail, or logistics is an advantage.
• Able to handle manual handling tasks and lifting.
• Basic inventory management knowledge is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore roads and delivery routes.
• English communication for work instructions and documentation; Chinese knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery to outlets.
• Load and unload goods safely during transportation.
• Maintain proper storage and inventory organization.
• Assist with stock counts and warehouse housekeeping.
• Deliver goods to INITIA Group outlets and collect from suppliers.
• Verify quantities and obtain signatures as required.
• Ensure safe handling and transport of goods; maintain vehicle cleanliness.
• Support new outlet openings and logistics tasks as needed.
• Perform other duties assigned by Warehouse/Procurement Manager.
