Job summary

INITIA GROUP is seeking a Warehouse Assistant/Driver in Singapore to manage receiving, storage, picking, packing and delivery for our F&B and lifestyle outlets. You will support stock counts, ensure safety and cleanliness, and assist with new outlet openings and logistics tasks.

Ideal candidates have a Class 3/3A licence, warehouse experience, strong organizing skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team with flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Secondary School or equivalent.
• Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving licence.
• Experience in warehouse/logistics is preferred.
• Able to lift and handle goods as required.
• English communication; basic Chinese is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries for storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery to outlets.
• Load and unload goods safely during transport.
• Maintain inventory organization and perform stock checks.
• Deliver to INITIA Group outlets and collect from suppliers.
• Ensure warehouse safety, cleanliness, and equipment maintenance.
