Job summary

INITIA GROUP in Singapore is seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Driver to support daily warehouse, logistics and delivery operations for our F&B and lifestyle outlets. You will receive, store, pick, pack and deliver goods while maintaining accurate inventory, a clean and safe warehouse, and timely updates to supervisors.

You will assist with stock counts, handle deliveries to outlets and suppliers, support new outlet openings, and help Procurement and Operations with logistics tasks.

Qualifications

• Secondary School / High School graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 / 3A driving license.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery is preferred but not mandatory.
• F&B, retail, warehouse, or logistics experience is advantageous.
• Able to handle manual handling tasks and lifting.
• Knowledge of inventory management and stock control is helpful.
• Able to communicate in English; Chinese an advantage for supplier/outlet communication.
• Forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of electrical equipment maintenance or minor troubleshooting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery to outlets.
• Load and unload goods safely during transportation.
• Maintain proper storage and inventory organization.
• Assist with stock counts and warehouse supplies monitoring.
• Keep warehouse clean, organized and safe.
• Report damaged or missing items to supervision.
• Deliver goods to INITIA Group outlets and designated locations.
• Collect goods from suppliers and ensure timely deliveries.
• Verify delivery quantities and obtain acknowledgments.
• Ensure safe handling and transportation to minimize damage or loss.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report issues.
• Comply with Singapore traffic laws and road safety.
• Support new outlet openings with deliveries and logistics tasks.
• Assist Procurement and Operations with ad-hoc warehouse tasks.
