Job summary

INITIA GROUP is seeking a Warehouse Assistant / Driver in Singapore to support daily warehouse, logistics, and delivery operations for F&B and lifestyle outlets. The role covers receiving, storing, picking, packing, and delivering goods, with emphasis on inventory control and safe handling.

You will assist with deliveries to outlets, support new outlet openings, and collaborate with Procurement and Operations teams on logistics tasks, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance with safety

Qualifications

• Secondary School graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery is preferred but not essential.
• Basic understanding of inventory management and stock control is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and deliveries to ensure accuracy and proper storage.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery to outlets.
• Load and unload goods safely during transportation.
• Arrange and maintain proper inventory storage for efficiency.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory checks.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse.
• Deliver goods to INITIA Group outlets and designated locations.
• Collect goods from suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
• Verify delivery quantities and obtain acknowledgements.
