Job summary

INITIA GROUP in Singapore seeks a Warehouse Assistant / Driver to support daily warehouse, logistics, and delivery operations across F&B and lifestyle outlets. You will receive, store, pick, pack, and dispatch goods while ensuring inventory accuracy and a safe warehouse environment.

Responsibilities include delivering to outlets, collecting from suppliers, and assisting with new outlet openings and logistics tasks. English communication is required; Chinese is a plus.

Qualifications

• Secondary School graduation or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license.
• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or delivery is preferred but not essential.
• F&B, retail, warehouse, or logistics experience is an advantage.
• Able to lift and handle goods and operate independently or in a team.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control is an advantage.
• Able to communicate in English; Chinese is an advantage for supplier/outlet communication.
• Forklift license is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Willing to work flexible hours to support deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming goods and deliveries.
• Pick, pack, and prepare goods for delivery to outlets.
• Load and unload goods, ensuring safe handling during transport.
• Maintain proper storage for efficient warehouse organization.
• Assist with stock counting and inventory checks.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse.
• Deliver goods to INITIA Group outlets and designated locations.
• Collect goods from suppliers and ensure timely delivery.
• Verify delivery quantities and obtain acknowledgements when required.
• Ensure safe handling, storage, and transport of goods.
• Maintain the delivery vehicle in good condition and report issues.
• Comply with traffic laws and road safety regulations.
• Support new outlet openings and logistics for outlet operations.
• Assist Procurement and Operations with ad-hoc tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Warehouse/Procurement Manager.

Education

Secondary School / High School graduate

Valid Singapore Class 3/3A driving license
