Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES is recruiting an Order Fulfilment Coordinator for our client in the Tai Seng area. The role focuses on coordinating orders with customers and logistics partners to ensure accurate shipments and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of order processing and customer service experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office. This is a permanent, full-time position with regular weekday hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in order processing and customer service.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with customers and logistics partners via email or phone regarding orders and shipments.
• Prepare, verify and maintain shipping documents such as invoices and packing lists.
• Ensure timely delivery by coordinating with customers, warehouse and logistics providers.
• Schedule and coordinate deliveries and transportation activities to meet needs.
• Perform Daily 5S activities to keep a clean, organized workspace.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
