Job summary

Frencken Mechatronics, part of the Frencken Group, is seeking an order processing and logistics support role in Singapore. The successful candidate will manage customer orders, coordinate shipments, handle returns, and prepare export/import documents in SAP, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.

You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to maintain high service levels, with a focus on accuracy, compliance, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced, high-tech

Qualifications

Strong customer service and communication skills.
High attention to detail in order processing and documentation.
Good time management to handle multiple shipments and deadlines.
Ability to identify issues and coordinate corrective actions.

Responsibilities

Process customer purchase orders, sales orders, delivery orders, and returns in SAP or relevant system.
Coordinate order fulfilment, loading schedules, delivery documents and shipment arrangements.
Handle customer returns with SAP updates and follow-ups.
Maintain communication with customers via email, Teams, phone and other approved channels.
Prepare import/export documents and liaise with forwarders to ensure smooth delivery.
Monitor 3PL inventory and ensure timely invoicing and payments.
Publish monthly delivery and performance reports.
