STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a driven Logistics Coordinator to manage supplier and customer relationships and drive timely order fulfilment. The role focuses on coordinating with factories and customers to ensure smooth shipments, negotiating freight rates, and maintaining accurate records of orders and fulfilment statuses.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in logistics or related field, 3 years of experience in freight/logistics coordination, and knowledge of

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related discipline.
• 3 years of experience in freight, logistics coordination or trade operations.
• Working knowledge of marine cargo insurance and claims handling.
• Familiarity with Incoterms 2020.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP HANA / SAP Business One experience is an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers, factories and customers.
• Coordinate with factories and customers to ensure smooth and timely order fulfilment.
• Monitor orders and proactively resolve supply chain issues, delays and fulfilment challenges.
• Negotiate freight rates and coordinate shipment bookings with logistics providers.
• Provide professional advice on loss prevention and liaise with insurance companies on related matters when required.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of orders, fulfilment status and related activities.
