Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a logistics assistant to manage inter-company order fulfillment in our Singapore office. You will coordinate with internal teams on open orders, flag issues early, and help ensure on-time delivery by tracking backlogs and supporting Sales and Customer Service.

You will also provide imports and exports support, prepare regulatory paperwork, coordinate with 3PL providers, review shipments for cost efficiency, and assist with weekly inventory

Responsibilities

• Coordinate inter-company open orders and flag issues early.
• Track open order backlogs and collaborate with Sales & Customer Service to improve on-time delivery.
• Prepare and maintain import/export paperwork in compliance with regulations.
• Oversee inbound verification and outbound shipments with a 3PL provider.
• Identify and address logistics and freight challenges for continuous improvement.
• Evaluate shipment consolidation options to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
• Perform weekly/monthly inventory reconciliation.
• Manage order-to-cash workflow and record retention.
• Support Sales & Customer Service team and assist with monthly inter-company forecasts and delivery reports.
