You will coordinate shipments and orders, liaise with internal teams and external partners, and ensure timely system transactions and documentation. Qualifications

Secondary school / O-Level or equivalent.
Experience in logistics and/or purchasing and/or ERP system preferred.
Computer and tech-savvy.
Good communication skills.
Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily logistics and distribution operations.
Communicate and liaise with internal and external parties pertaining to shipments and orders.
Ensure system transactions are transacted on time and according to SOP.
Ensure all orders and documents are efficiently filed.
Support Supervisor or Team Leader on ensuring orders fulfilment.
Generate reports for analysis.
Perform general admin duties.
Responsible for procurement of non-trade items.
