Job summary

HAROLD CONSULTANCY is seeking an experienced logistics and supply chain professional to support commercial strategy, key account management and operational improvement within a contract logistics and warehousing environment.

The ideal candidate will have exposure to contract logistics, warehouse operations, and commercial management, translating business needs into practical solutions that boost productivity and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics & Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics and supply chain.
• Strong experience in contract logistics, warehousing, distribution, or a 3PL environment.
• Experience with 3PL/4PL/LLP operations is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes, productivity, and cost structures.
• Operational excellence focus with Lean/Six Sigma experience is highly preferred.
• Experience with automation, robotics, or digital warehousing solutions is an advantage.
• Industries: Electronics, Healthcare, Consumer/Retail, eCommerce, Automotive, Industrial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement commercial strategies aligned with business objectives and market conditions.
• Manage relationships with key clients and stakeholders, and lead commercial negotiations.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, revenue, costs, and profitability for accounts.
• Identify opportunities to improve account profitability and cost efficiency.
• Lead continuous improvement and transformation projects within warehouse and distribution environments.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, process optimisation and standardisation initiatives.
• Establish performance measures and track impact of improvements.
• Manage project timelines, risks, and implementation plans from initiation to completion.
