• At least 3–5 years of relevant work experience.
• Able to lift/move objects weighing 20–30 kg.

• Physical stamina to stand for the duration of a shift.
• Self-motivated and self-directed.
• Works well both in a team and on individual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling, personnel deployment, pre-job training, and performance appraisals.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics including air and sea bookings, trucking, customs clearance, warehousing, and delivery.
• Liaise with local clients and overseas agents; handle inquiries and complaints.
• Compile operational data and generate KPI reports; optimize workflows.
• Supervise warehouse activities and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and implement site safety measures.
• Identify process gaps and develop optimization plans to reduce costs and errors.
