Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is looking for a Logistics Executive to oversee daily logistics activities at ST1 in Singapore. You will ensure timely flow of goods, monitor performance, and coordinate delivery schedules with transport partners.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years' manufacturing logistics experience, with proficiency in Excel and basic computer tools, and a commitment to compliance and safety.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level or Polytechnic Diploma.
• At least 2 years in a manufacturing/logistics environment.
• Experience in logistics, operations, or delivery coordination.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics activities in ST1.
• Ensure smooth and timely flow of goods across the supply chain.
• Monitor logistics performance and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and optimize routes with transport.
• Assist with stock takes and inventory counts.
• Liaise with ICA Customs/ PSA and internal teams for regulatory compliance.
