• Support, supervise, and monitor daily operations schedules to ensure adherence to timelines and targets
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule work activities, resources, and equipment to optimize operational efficiency
• Identify and propose improvements to enhance process efficiency and resolve operational challenges
• Resolve operational issues, conflicts, and emergencies promptly to maintain smooth workflow
• Report on attendance and track achievement of operational targets for performance monitoring
• Manage recruitment, selection, and training of staff to build a competent logistics team
• Perform other duties as assigned to support operational goals
