You will be responsible for staff scheduling, delivery planning, warehouse oversight, inventory control, and driving efficiency improvements while coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Organise and maintain staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
• Plan and coordinate delivery schedules to meet customer timelines.
• Oversee warehouse activities including stock movement and order fulfilment.
• Track and manage inventory for accuracy and availability.
• Support process improvements to boost operational efficiency.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to resolve issues promptly.
• Assist in preparing operational reports and ensuring procedures compliance.
• Ensure daily and weekly KPIs are met.
