Qualifications

• Candidates with distribution or logistics exposure preferred.
• Ability to process orders and update order information accurately.
• Experience coordinating shipments and preparing shipping documents.

Responsibilities

• Process order forms and accurately update order and product information in the internal system.
• Perform batch allocation and coordinate required product packs according to established procedures.
• Prepare documentation for dispatch, shipment and customs requirements.
• Coordinate shipments and prepare airway bills and relevant shipping documents.
• Prepare invoices, declarations and other required documentation.
• Liaise with internal teams, customers, vendors and carriers to resolve queries and coordinate approvals.
• Perform system transactions related to distribution and material control.
• Maintain accurate records, filing and archiving of operational documents.
• Support day-to-day distribution and administrative activities.
