Job summary

GALAXY LOGISTICS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics Assistant to support daily transportation coordination, order processing, and documentation. The role involves liaising with drivers, warehouse staff, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations at a busy logistics facility in Singapore.

You will assist in shipment coordination, invoicing, and reporting while maintaining accuracy and timely updates. Fresh graduates are welcome; 5.5-day weeks with competitive monthly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level / Diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably with some experience in logistics, shipping, or warehouse coordination (fresh graduates are welcome).
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily logistics operations, including shipment coordination, delivery scheduling, and order processing.
• Prepare and update documentation such as invoices, delivery orders, and reports.
• Liaise with drivers, warehouse staff, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor and track shipment status to ensure timely delivery.
• Support inventory management, stock checks, and filing of records.
• Handle administrative tasks and provide general support to the logistics team.
