Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Logistics/Shipping Coordinator to manage end-to-end shipment processes. You will prepare pre-alerts, coordinate with freight forwarders, and ensure smooth handover to carriers, while keeping stakeholders informed with accurate documentation.

The role requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to identify defects and quality issues to prevent delays and ensure on-time deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, verify and send shipment pre-alert timely to prevent shipment delays.
• Coordinate daily shipment arrangement with freight forwarder (vehicle arrangement, pickup schedules & shipment status) until shipment completely handover to freight forwarder.
• Coordinate between warehouse operations, CT, and FFs for smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor planned outbound shipments and ensure shipments are ready according to the required schedule.
• Ensure shipment information is accurately communicated to relevant parties, and documentation is available before dispatch.
• Maintain shipment records and supporting documents for operational tracking.
• Support updates in applicable logistics systems according to the established process.
• Provide clear status updates, including the issue, impact, action owner, and next action

• Working hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6pm

• Location: Tanjong Penjuru

• Salary: Up to $3200
