Job summary

You will work with transport, warehouse, and yard teams to monitor schedules, verify quotations, and support cost control and billing in a dynamic logistics environment. Strong Excel skills and freight operations experience are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience in freight or logistics operations.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and cost awareness.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate air and ocean freight shipments from booking to delivery.
• Monitor schedules, ETD/ETA, cargo status and delivery arrangements.
• Liaise with customers, shipping lines, freight forwarders, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to synchronize shipment handling and logistics processes.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents for tracking and billing.
• Verify quotations, rates and invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor costs and identify discrepancies and savings opportunities.
• Provide timely shipment updates and escalate issues as needed.
• Prepare logistics reports and raise issues with stakeholders.
