Job summary

GOOD JOB CREATIONS (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Diploma-qualified logistics professional to coordinate import, export and offshore shipments, liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.

You will prepare and verify shipping documents, maintain records, support shipment tracking and ERP workflows, and contribute to continuous improvement through SOP maintenance and process transitions. Knowledge of LC/DP is a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification with at least 3 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience.
• Experience in the chemical industry or bulk shipment operations.
• Basic knowledge of international trade practices.
• Familiarity with shipping documentation and Incoterms.
• Understanding of payment terms, contract management systems, and ERP workflows.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Letter of Credit (LC) and Documents Against Payment (DP) is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist with process transitions, SOP maintenance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
