• Experience preparing and verifying shipping documentation (AWBs, Bills of Lading, invoices).
• Strong communication skills to provide delivery updates and resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily transport operations, including scheduling, routing, and driver assignments.
• Oversee warehouse activities such as pallet loading, staging accuracy, and inventory control.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation (AWBs, Bills of Lading, invoices).
• Handle delivery exceptions (DEX, PUX, customer refusals) and provide corrective actions.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery updates and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations and company policies.
• Generate weekly performance reports on delivery timelines, costs, and incident cases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve logistics efficiency.
