Job summary

RIGEL TECHNOLOGY (S) PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager to oversee end-to-end logistics operations in Singapore. You will lead the team, optimize processes, and ensure timely delivery and accuracy of stock.

The role requires 3–5 years of supervisory logistics experience, degree in related field, and strong problem-solving and communication skills. You will coordinate with suppliers, drivers, and internal teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant logistics/warehouse experience, supervisory preferred.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with WMS and MS Office is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage logistics, warehouse, and distribution operations.
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency.
• Lead and develop the logistics and warehouse team; manage performance.
• Plan inbound/outbound shipments and delivery schedules.
• Ensure timely, accurate delivery to customers and sites.
• Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading and dispatching.
• Manage inventory levels and stock accuracy with regular checks.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, transport providers and internal teams.
• Monitor costs and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Establish and monitor KPIs for logistics and warehouse ops.
• Identify issues and apply corrective actions.
• Review and improve warehouse/logistics processes for productivity.
• Ensure compliant handling, storage, and transport of goods.
• Oversee maintenance and utilization of equipment and vehicles.
• Manage relationships with 3PL providers and transport vendors.
• Prepare regular logistics, inventory, cost, and operational reports.
• Support business expansion and warehouse projects.

Job description

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the overall logistics, warehouse, and distribution operations.

• Develop and implement logistics strategies, policies, and procedures to improve operational efficiency.

• Lead, manage, and develop the logistics and warehouse team, including manpower planning and performance management.

• Plan and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, transportation, and delivery schedules.

• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers, project sites, and other locations.

• Oversee warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, loading, and dispatching.

• Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records through regular stock checks and reconciliation.

• Coordinate closely with suppliers, customers, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth logistics operations.

• Monitor transportation and logistics costs and implement cost-saving initiatives where appropriate.

• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics and warehouse operations.

• Identify operational issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Review and improve warehouse and logistics processes to enhance productivity and service quality.

• Ensure proper handling, storage, and transportation of goods to minimise damage, loss, and discrepancies.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Oversee the maintenance and proper utilisation of warehouse equipment, vehicles, and other logistics resources.

• Manage relationships and performance of third-party logistics providers and transport vendors.

• Prepare regular logistics, inventory, cost, and operational reports for management.

• Support business expansion, warehouse projects, and other operational initiatives as required.

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
  

Job Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations, with supervisory experience preferred.

• Good knowledge of warehouse and logistics operations.

• Strong organisational, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Able to work independently and manage a team effectively.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with warehouse management systems is an advantage.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
