The Logistics Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations, ensuring the timely and accurate movement of goods. This role supervises logistics staff, coordinates deliveries, manages inventory, and ensures compliance with company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Supervise daily logistics, warehouse, and distribution operations.
Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and outbound deliveries.
Ensure orders are processed, packed, and delivered accurately and on time.
Coordinate with suppliers, transport providers, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
Resolve delivery, inventory, and operational issues promptly.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock accuracy.
Oversee receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch activities.
Conduct regular stock counts and investigate inventory discrepancies.
Ensure proper handling and storage of products in accordance with company procedures.
Supervise, train, and coach logistics assistants, warehouse staff, and drivers.
Allocate daily work schedules and monitor team performance.
Promote a safe, productive, and collaborative working environment.
Ensure compliance with workplace safety (WSH) regulations and company policies.
Liaise with customers, vendors, and transport partners regarding delivery schedules.
Optimise delivery routes and logistics resources to improve efficiency.
Monitor transportation costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Ensure all shipping and logistics documentation is complete and accurate.
Diploma or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations.
