Job summary

SINEUROPE PTE LTD is seeking a logistics professional to manage end-to-end import and export shipment clearance, ensuring regulatory and operational compliance across the supply chain.

You will prepare, review, and maintain shipping and customs documentation, monitor shipments, and generate inventory reports to keep management informed. With good English and Mandarin, you will liaise with shipping agents to resolve issues and maintain high service standards.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Salary will be commensurate with experience.
• Candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply.
• Good communication skills in English and proficiency in Mandarin/Chinese to liaise with Mandarin/Chinese-speaking shipping agents on shipping matters.
• Work location: Tuas. Company transport is provided from Jurong East MRT.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export shipment clearance processes, ensuring full compliance with regulatory and operational requirements.
• Prepare, review, and maintain all documentation related to the complete supply chain cycle, including shipping, customs, and trade compliance documents.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve any operational issues to maintain efficiency and service standards.
• Inventory data management and documentation.
• Produce inventory report for management's review.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the reporting manager.
