Job summary

PSA BDP in Singapore is seeking an Export/Import Coordinator to ensure timely daily shipment order execution and management. You will book freight with nominated carriers, liaise with warehousing and transportation teams, and prepare shipping documents and LC as required.

You will coordinate with truckers, monitor regulatory compliance, and provide quotes for warehousing and other services, leveraging SAP and logistics software to support seamless international shipments.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sea operations preferred.
• Supervisory experience may be considered.
• Familiar with SAP, logistics software, and MS Office.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service orientation.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Execute and coordinate daily shipment orders from customers.
• Book freight with nominated carriers per guide.
• Provide quotations for warehousing, transport, and documentation services.
• Coordinate with truckers to move containers and launch to port.
• Prepare permits, LC, and shipping documents.
• Monitor documents for clearance and regulatory compliance.
