Job summary

ZY FUTURE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an Operations Coordinator / Operations Executive to handle shipping documentation, coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and agents, and assist customers with enquiries and timelines.

The role involves arranging freight bookings, maintaining relationships with logistics partners, monitoring rates, and supporting overseas coordination. 5.5-day work week with salary 2,000–3,200 SGD monthly.

Qualifications

Minimum GCE O-Level or equivalent qualification.
At least 1 year of experience in shipping, logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain operations.
Experience in shipping documentation or logistics coordination would be an advantage.
Knowledge of import/export procedures and shipping documentation is preferred.

Responsibilities

Prepare and process shipping documentation, including import/export documents, Letters of Credit (LC), Bills of Lading and Free Trade Agreement (FTA) documents.
Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, transport providers and shipping lines to ensure smooth delivery.
Assist customers with shipment enquiries, shipping options, timelines and regulations.
Arrange freight bookings and shipment schedules according to company requirements.
Handle customer enquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
Send shipping documents to clients, agents and shipping partners accurately and on time.
Maintain good relationships with agents, shipping companies, logistics partners and existing customers.
Monitor shipping rates and conduct basic cost analysis.
Support coordination with overseas agents and the development of new accounts.
